Growing up in New York City, I was always captivated by the art scene. For as long as I can remember, I was exploring museums. I inspected every painting and became obsessed with the artists’ choices, especially those dealing with color.
At 5 years old for a dance recital, I had makeup applied to my face for the first time--I loved it. Ever since that day, I took advantage of any opportunity to apply makeup to myself, my fellow dancers, or anyone who would let me.I don’t know if it was immediate, but I realized there was a direct connection between what I saw an artist do on a canvass in those museums and what I did on the face.To me, the face became like a canvass.
To get better at my craft, I attended art classes, skin care seminars, and makeup workshops and applied what I learned to beautifying the face. I am always striving to perfect my abilities and continue to learn and experiment to that end.
I love being a makeup artist and am excited to work with you for whatever you need be it a wedding, a photo shoot, or just looking fabulous.
